What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Please double check the address being placed into the checkout section. It can be exceedingly difficult to correct these changes or to ensure that the order has not been shipped prior to the discovery of the incorrect address.
*Any order that must be resent due to an incorrect address is subject to an additional fee.
How Long does it take for me to get my order?
All orders are shipped within 2 weeks. During the holiday seasons, processing time can be longer due to high volume.
** Due to COVID-19 some shipping orders are delayed. Most shipping companies are getting back to normal delivery schedules but please be mindful there is still room for error in late deliveries.
** Issue with Order: My package has been lost or stolen, what should I do? If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors first to see if maybe they received it by mistake. Next, you must follow up with your local post office/UPS/FedEx.
*Please note – once a package leaves our location, we are no longer responsible for it. This now becomes the responsibility of the carrier. All claims must be handled with them directly as stated in our shipping policy.
I received a broken product; how can I get a replacement? Every effort is made to securely package all items – boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper etc. to ensure all products, artwork and prints arrive in pristine condition. However, I cannot be responsible for items that are damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. In order to keep shipping costs down, additional insurance is not always guaranteed on each order. (Original Paintings are shipped and insured) If you would like to have your items insured, please contact me prior to shipping and I can set up an additional fee.
*Only exception* Polymer Earrings – Upon receiving the package (must be within 4 days of “delivered” status), if you notice that they may have arrived damaged or broken please send an email to info@Kaylee287.com with a photo. We can further discuss rectifying the issue. Sometimes the Earrings can be remade and other times, we may have you choose something from our current inventory as a replacement. Thank you.
Can items be returned or exchanged?
Returns and exchanged are not available or accepted at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations of an order is not available. Please reach out with any questions or concerns prior to placing an order. I would like to get a refund, what do I do? There are no refunds on any purchases or commissions.
*Refunds are only provided if there is an error on our part. If you feel that your circumstance does qualify as an error, please send an email to info@Kaylee287.com with your name, order number and the issue.
*Deposits are only refunded on commissions if the project is cancelled by the artist. All deposits are non-refundable; so, if the commission goes incomplete for any reason, there is NO REFUND for deposits, but all other funds will be returned within 10-15 business days.
Can a coupon code be added afterwards if I forgot to use it?
If a coupon code is not used during checkout, it cannot be applied afterwards.
Can I recreate, produce or copy your artwork/designs?
Artwork designs and products cannot be used for anything unless permission has been granted by Kay Lee. My artwork designs and products are intended for personal use only. My original work may not be used for distribution or logos and should not be altered, copied or recreated. Please do not use my art for business, commercial use or resell. All work is copyrighted, and legal actions will be taken if work is shared without permission or credit to the artist.
How long does a commission take?
Commission requests can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for completion. Commissions are done in the order that they are received. After the custom piece is completed, it may take anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks before the piece will be shipped/delivered. Local collectors can discuss arrangements to schedule a pick-up.
Is payment for a custom piece required upfront?
For all custom work (graphics, logos, illustrations and paintings) a 50% deposit is required up front and the rest upon completion.
Are your commissions open?
For all custom work please see the commissions page to submit an inquiry or (if closed) to be added to the waitlist once commission proposals are being accepted again.
I am interested in working with you what should I do?
Please send an email to Info@Kaylee287.com providing information on the collab etc. and a response will be sent back after reviewing the information.
Can you share your vendor information?
Any information I am willing to share is done so via my social media sites but any vendor information outside of that is kept confidential.
Do you offer wholesale items?
